为什么法律英语存在着大量的外来词汇呢？
现代法律体系受到罗马法的深刻影响，而罗马法是用拉丁语书写的。因此，很多法律术语和表达方式都源自拉丁语，这些术语在英语法律体系中被保留下来。
同时，现代西方法律制度的演变过程中，接触了多个文化和法律传统，导致了法律英语中的外来词汇。例如，法国对现代西方法律制度的影响，就带入了许多法语术语。

✏️ Bona fide 真诚的；真实的；合法的
