这里说的“Downtime”可不是“向下时间”，而是“休息时间”的意思。
Downtime指的是员工不工作的时段，比如休息时间或等待工作任务及资源的时间。
Downtime refers to periods when employees are not working, such as during breaks or when waiting for tasks or resources to become available.
怎么理解“Downtime”呢？
“Downtime”原意指电脑停止工作的时间，也就是我们所说的“宕机”。
联想到人身上，就是人不处于活跃工作状态的时间，也就是休息时间了。
